HOW DO I BOOK?

Booking direct will always ensure the best rates, call or email us with your requirements and we’ll provide a quote based on our best rates.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR LONGER STAYS?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for direct bookings and up to 25% for longer stays

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT?

Yes, we have a minimum age limit of 24 years (children with accompanying adults excluded from this)

IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?

Yes, this varies throughout the year from 2 nights, up to 5 nights during peak season

DO YOU PROVIDE FREE PARKING?

Yes, free on street parking is provided at all our properties

DO YOU HAVE SELF-SERVICE CHECK IN?

Yes, all properties operate a self-check in, full details will be provided after booking

DO YOU PROVIDE LINEN AND TOWELS?

Yes

DO YOU HAVE A TRAVEL COT OR HIGH CHAIR?

Yes, we have both a travel cot and high chair in all of our properties

WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES?

Check in from 3pm and check out by 11pm, an extended check out may be possible through prior agreement for a small charge

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

No pets allowed, with the exception of guide dogs with prior agreement

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Full payment is required on booking and cancellations may be made with 100% refund up to 7 days prior to arrival date.  For cancellations within 7 days we reserve the right to retain full payment, any refund will be at our discretion and made only if we are able to book out the accommodation to other guests, in which case it shall make a refund to you of your booking cost less the administration fee of £15, and less any difference in price where the replacement booking was of a lesser value
